Hodes Weill appoints Ibtissem Sfaxi as a Principal in London office
Hodes Weill & Associates, a global real estate advisory boutique, has appointed Ibtissem ("Ibti") Sfaxi as a Principal in its London office with primary responsibility for coverage of institutions and family offices in the Middle East and Europe.
Ms. Sfaxi joins from Aberdeen Standard Investments where she was a Senior Business Development Manager and Property Product Specialist.

Ms. Sfaxi joined Aberdeen Asset Management in 2012 from Pradera Real Estate, a UK based fund manager, where she was responsible for business development in Europe and the Middle East. Aberdeen Asset Management and Standard Life merged in August 2017 to form Aberdeen Standard Investments.
Prior to joining Pradera, Ms. Sfaxi was a Vice-President at JER Partner's London office and was responsible for capital raising for the company's various opportunistic fund offerings. Ms. Sfaxi began her career in property business development in 2003 at Capital & Marketing Group where she participated in capital raises aggregating over €6 billion of equity.
Ms. Sfaxi is a dual British and Tunisian national and a native French and Arabic speaker. She is a graduate of the University of London.
