Sung Hur is a Managing Director of Hodes Weill & Associates in the Hong Kong office, responsible for covering Asian institutional investors as well as managing client relationships. His primary tasks include investor outreach, client communication and product development.

Prior to joining Hodes Weill & Associates, Mr. Hur was a Real Estate Investment Manager at the SK Group, where he was responsible for overseas commercial real estate investments. He was actively involved in deal structuring and feasibility/financial analysis of both acquisition and development deals with a total equity investment amount of more than $800 million. He has experience in various global markets including the U.S., Korea, China and Southeast Asia.

Mr. Hur received a Bachelor of Architecture from Hongik University and a MBA and Master of Real Estate from Cornell University.
