Robert Levinson is a Partner, CFO and COO of Hodes Weill & Associates, a leading global capital advisory firm focused on real estate, infrastructure and other real assets with offices in New York, Denver, London, Amsterdam, and Hong Kong.  He is responsible for finance and operations of the firm. Mr. Levinson joined Hodes Weill & Associates in 2009 and is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee.

Previously, Mr. Levinson was the Chief Financial Officer of Coventry Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a real estate private equity firm based in New York, focused on investing in value-add retail and mixed-use properties. From 1998 to 2009, Coventry invested in approximately $2.5 billion of real estate transactions. Prior to joining Coventry, Mr. Levinson was a Senior Manager in the audit department at Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal & Co. (EYKL), a public accounting firm focused on the real estate industry. Mr. Levinson was with EYKL from 1990 to 1998 and was responsible for auditing the financial statements of private real estate companies, public REITS and opportunity funds, and conducted various due diligence, agreed-upon procedures and consulting assignments on behalf of the firm.

Mr. Levinson received a BS from Yeshiva University and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of New York.
