ASSIGNMENT

 

Hodes Weill Securities, LLC acted as placement agent for Longpoint in connection with the private placement of interests in Longpoint Fund III, L.P. (the “Fund”), a value-add real estate fund focused on acquiring well-located, underutilized logistics assets in major U.S. markets.

OUTCOME/RESULTS

The Fund was oversubscribed with approximately $939.8 million of commitments, above its hard cap of $900 million and above its initial target of $750 million. The fully-discretionary Fund received commitments from a diverse mix of global institutions, including sovereign wealth funds, public and corporate pensions, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, and family offices, among others, with strong support from investors in Longpoint’s prior funds.
