Krista Palleschi is Vice President, Legal at Hodes Weill & Associates. Ms. Palleschi advises on all global legal and regulatory matters impacting Hodes Weill’s business. Previously, she served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel at BGO, a real estate investment firm, providing legal support to the firm’s fundraising, investment, and asset management teams. Prior to BGO, Ms. Palleschi was an Associate in Goodwin Procter LLP’s Real Estate practice where she focused on private real estate fund formation and real estate transactions. Ms. Palleschi began her legal career at Kelly Drye & Warren LLP as an Associate in the Real Estate group.

 

Ms. Palleschi also serves as the Associate Village Justice of the Incorporated Village of Massapequa Park, a position she has held since first being appointed by the Mayor of Massapequa Park in 2021.

 

Ms. Palleschi received a BA from Columbia University and a JD, cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School.
