Krista Palleschi is Vice President, Legal at Hodes Weill & Associates. Ms. Palleschi advises on all global legal and regulatory matters impacting Hodes Weill’s business. Previously, she served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel at BGO, a real estate investment firm, providing legal support to the firm’s fundraising, investment, and asset management teams. Prior to BGO, Ms. Palleschi was an Associate in Goodwin Procter LLP’s Real Estate practice where she focused on private real estate fund formation and real estate transactions. Ms. Palleschi began her legal career at Kelly Drye & Warren LLP as an Associate in the Real Estate group.

 

Ms. Palleschi also serves as the Village Justice of the Incorporated Village of Massapequa Park.

 

Ms. Palleschi received a BA from Columbia University and a JD, cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School.
