Kimberly Mughal is a Vice President at Hodes Weill & Associates, responsible for coverage of institutional investors and consultants in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US and select markets in the Midwest.

Previously, Ms. Mughal worked as Director of Investor Relations and Equity Capital at CA Ventures, focused on fundraising, deal coordination, and all aspects of investor relations for the Student Living platform. She began her tenure with CA on the investments team, responsible for underwriting development opportunities nationally. Ms. Mughal’s previous experiences include asset management, market research, and investment sales in office and industrial.

Ms. Mughal received a master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University, and a bachelor’s degree from Temple University.
