John Chase is a Managing Director of Hodes Weill & Associates. He is responsible for serving institutional investors in a distribution capacity for all Hodes Weill offerings and transactions broadly in Canada and the US.

Mr. Chase has been involved in institutional real estate and real assets investment management for nearly 20 years. His experience spans real asset sectors including infrastructure, energy, and natural resources. In Real Estate, he has worked in both major and emerging property types. Previously, he was a Partner with Atlantic-Pacific Capital where he was involved in over 200 capital raising assignments. Prior to Atlantic-Pacific, Mr. Chase was a Portfolio Manager/Analyst with Lazard Asset Management responsible for supporting team investment decisions across global emerging and developed market portfolios; covering industrial and financial conglomerates, and closed-end funds primarily invested in EMEA markets.

Mr. Chase received an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BA from St. Anselm College.
