ASSIGNMENT

 

Hodes Weill acted as exclusive financial advisor and global placement agent to Guardian Smart Infrastructure Management Inc. (“GSIM”) in connection with the placement of interests in Guardian Smart Infrastructure Partners LP (the “Fund”), a value-add infrastructure fund investing in digital-solution enhanced smart transportation and energy infrastructure opportunities in North America and Europe.

OUTCOME/RESULTS

GSIM closed its first institutional infrastructure fund with $183.3 million of total commitments. The Fund received strong support from institutional investors across the U.S. and Canada, including five pension funds and a financial services asset manager.
