Hodes Weill & Associates acted as placement agent to Fidelity Institutional Asset Management LLC (“Fidelity”) in connection with the private placement of interests in Fidelity Japan Data Centers Fund LP (the “Fund”), which will focus on the development of three pre-identified hyperscale data centers in Japan

 

OUTCOME/RESULTS

Fidelity closed its first private real estate fund and closed capital commitments of $337.1 million, exceeding its target and at the Fund’s hard cap. The Fund received strong support from a diverse set of global institutional investors and will form a 50/50 partnership with Mitsui & Co. to develop and operate three hyperscale data centers in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan.
