Hodes Weill Securities, LLC acted as financial advisor to Federated Hermes, Inc. (NYSE: FHI), a global Asset Manager with $845.7 billion in assets under management, on a strategic transaction driven by the desire to enhance and grow its private markets and alternatives offerings.

OUTCOME/RESULTS

Federated Hermes hired Hodes Weill to perform buy-side due diligence pursuant to the acquisition of FCP Fund Managers, L.P. (FCP), a privately held U.S. real estate investment manager specializing in the multifamily sector with $3.8 billion in assets under management. Hodes Weill conducted a comprehensive due diligence process to evaluate FCP’s performance, market position, and capital raising capabilities, ultimately advising FHI on the structuring and valuation of their majority stake acquisition. FCP’s team of over 75 professionals will continue to manage investment portfolios and operations from their existing offices.
