Eric Huang is a Principal of Hodes Weill & Associates in the Hong Kong office, responsible for coverage of institutional investors in Greater China as well as project management of client mandates in the Asia Pacific region.
Previously, Mr. Huang was a Vice President at LaSalle Investment Management where he has worked extensively in different disciplines of real estate investment management including portfolio management, investor relations and product management. Prior to LaSalle Investment Management, Mr. Huang was a manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing assurance and M&A transaction services across a wide range of industries.
Mr. Huang holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) designation, and he is also a Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) in Hong Kong and mainland China, respectively. Mr. Huang received a BBA in Professional Accountancy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Huang serves as the chair in ANREV’s Young Professionals Working Group and is a member of ULI’s Young Leaders Committee.
