Hodes Weill & Associates acted as the exclusive placement agent to EOS Investors in connection with the private placement of interests to certain new investors in EOS Real Estate Partners III, L.P. (the “Fund”), a hospitality fund focused on drive-to resorts and select urban distress across the US.

 

OUTCOME/RESULTS

EOS closed its third fund at $197.7 million in capital commitments, with significant co-investment capital available from the investors in addition to Fund equity. The Fund received strong support from a diverse group of existing and new investors across the globe.
