Hodes Weill served as co-financial advisor to energyRe on the debt capitalization of the Trident Portfolio, a 320 MW portfolio of utility-scale construction-ready solar projects in the Southeast U.S.

OUTCOME/RESULTS

energyRe reached financial close on a portfolio of utility-scale solar projects in South Carolina. The transaction totaled $370m in construction and term financing, provided by leading financial institutions including Santander, Bank of America, Natixis and Societe Generale.
