Emil S. Borggren is an Analyst at Hodes Weill & Associates. Mr. Shiffman Borggren worked as an Investment Associate Intern at Terracore Capital, a real estate investment manager based out of New York. In this role, he led the preliminary underwriting of light industrial acquisition opportunities across several western U.S. coastal markets and assisted with the firm’s capital-raising efforts. Prior to working at Terracore Capital, Mr. Shiffman Borggren was a Sales Representative at CBRE in Toronto, Canada. In this position, he worked alongside a top-performing real estate investment sales and leasing team transacting industrial assets across the Greater Toronto Region. Additionally, he was a former national athlete representing the Canadian Men’s Rugby League Team.

 

Mr. Shiffman Borggren received a BComm in Real Estate Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and an MBA from Brandeis International Business School.
