Emil Shiffman Borggren is responsible for supporting Hodes Weill’s global distribution team’s capital raising and advisory process. Previously, Mr. Shiffman Borggren worked at Terracore Capital, where he led the preliminary underwriting of light industrial acquisition opportunities across several western U.S. coastal markets and assisted with the firm’s capital-raising efforts. Prior to working at Terracore Capital, he was part of a top-performing real estate investment sales and leasing team at CBRE Canada, underwriting and transacting industrial assets while covering investors across the Greater Toronto Region. Additionally, he is a former national athlete representing the Canadian Men’s Rugby League Team.

 

Mr. Shiffman Borggren received a BComm in Real Estate Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and an MBA from Brandeis School of Business and Economics.
