ASSIGNMENT

 

Hodes Weill Securities, LLC acted as financial advisor and placement agent for Dune Real Estate Partners (“Dune”) in connection with the private placement of interests in Dune Real Estate Fund IV LP (“Fund IV”). Fund IV is focused on distressed, deep value-add, and contrarian investments, primarily in the United States. Dune, a dedicated, real estate private equity investment management firm based in New York City, has built a partner-driven investment model and a strong team with expertise and a reputation for working on complex structured transactions.

 

OUTCOME/RESULTS

Fund IV closed with total capital commitments of $1.14 billion from over 45 global investors, including several large institutions. In marketing to institutional investors globally, Hodes Weill highlighted Dune’s 15-year track record of identifying opportunities across markets and sectors stemming from some form of capital dislocation. Hodes Weill advised on the structuring of Fund IV, which will continue Dune’s strategy of assembling and managing a diversified portfolio of real estate investments, balanced by region, sector and risk profile.
