Daniel M. Cashdan III works in capital raising and advisory at Hodes Weill & Associates across real estate, infrastructure, and other real assets. Mr. Cashdan is responsible for supporting Hodes Weill’s global distribution team in the coverage of institutional investors and consultants in the United States and APAC region. Prior to joining the firm, he held junior roles at Greystar China in asset management, Silverstein Properties in development, and at Crow Holdings Capital in acquisitions. He began his career as a Research Intern at Urban Land Institute’s Greenprint Center for Building Performance in Washington, D.C. Mr. Cashdan has remained involved with ULI as a member of the NYC Infrastructure Product Council and Young Leaders Group.
Mr. Cashdan received a B.S. in Business & Finance from New York University Shanghai and a Minor in Politics from NYU’s Wilf Department of Politics. He serves on the Alumni Leadership Council of NYU Stern's Chen Institute for Real Estate Finance and guest lectures at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate covering real estate capital markets and private equity fundraising. He speaks conversational Mandarin and elementary Korean.
