ASSIGNMENT

Hodes Weill Securities, LLC acted as global placement agent for Crow Holdings Capital (“CHC”) in connection with the private placement of interests in Crow Holdings Realty Partners IX, LP (“Fund IX”). Fund IX is focused on value-add investments in industrial, multifamily and specialty sector opportunities across the United States. CHC, a privately owned real estate investment and development firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, has a 70-year operating history with a strong track record of performance and innovation.

 

OUTCOME/RESULTS

Fund IX closed with total capital commitments of $2.55 billion, above its original hard cap of $US2.0 billion, marking CHC’s largest fundraise to date. Hodes Well advised in the placement of equity interests and assisted in expanding Crow Holdings Capital’s relationships with institutional investors across the globe. Closed investors include institutions across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
