Hodes Weill Securities, LLC acted as placement agent for Cross Lake Partners in connection with the private placement of interests in Cross Lake Real Estate Fund IV, LP (the “Fund”), a private fund focused on opportunistic investments primarily in the U.S. residential sector.

OUTCOME/RESULTS

Cross Lake closed its fourth real estate fund with approximately $237 million of commitments. The fully-discretionary Fund received commitments from a diverse mix of global institutions, including a sovereign wealth fund, public and corporate pensions, foundations, and family offices, among others, with strong support from investors in Cross Lake’s prior funds.
