Hodes Weill served as financial advisor and placement agent to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners P/S (“CIP”) in North America, in connection with Copenhagen Infrastructure V (“CI V”), which focused exclusively on the greenfield development of energy transition assets on a global basis.

OUTCOME/RESULTS

CIP closed the fifth fund in its flagship series, exceeding its target of €12.0 billion with over €12.0 billion of capital from a diverse set of global institutions. The Fund received strong support from existing and new institutional investors.
