Hodes Weill Securities, LLC acted as exclusive financial advisor and global placement agent for Clifton Partners Pte Ltd (“Clifton”) in connection with the private placement of interests in Clifton Heritage Partners I LP,  a real estate fund focused on value-add investments in commercial properties in Singapore.

OUTCOME/RESULTS

Clifton closed its inaugural real estate fund with US$258 million in total commitments, including co-investments. The fund secured investments from a diverse mix of global institutions, including pensions, insurance companies, foundations, endowments, and family offices.
