ASSIGNMENT

 

Hodes Weill Securities, LLC acted as exclusive advisor to Boston Properties (“BXP”), in connection with the private placement of interests in a $1.0 billion co-investment program focused on the acquisition of office assets in US gateway cities.

 

OUTCOME/RESULTS

BXP engaged Hodes Weill to identify potential capital partners in the private markets to co-invest in compelling investment opportunities in the US office sector. Hodes Weill provided capital introduction services, canvassing the market to a select list of large global institutional investors to participate in the potential co-investment program. BXP ultimately created a three-party transaction with BXP, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC.
