Hodes Weill Securities, LLC acted as exclusive financial advisor and global placement agent to Black Chamber Partners, LLC (“BlackChamber”) in connection with the private placement of interests in BlackChamber Real Estate Opportunity Fund II, LP, which will focus on the development of hyperscale data centers in the US.

OUTCOME/RESULTS

BlackChamber closed its second real estate fund with $830 million of fund commitments and an additional $1.3 billion of side car commitments that can be deployed alongside the fund. The Fund received broad support from an array of sovereign wealth funds, private and public pension funds, insurance companies, foundations, and family offices.
