Barbara Maltha is a Principal in the Amsterdam office with primary responsibility for European institutional investor coverage and business development. Prior to joining Hodes Weill, Mrs. Maltha was a Director at CBRE Capital Advisors, where she covered the European institutional investor market for nine years. Her primary responsibilities included capital raising, fund structuring and advisory on real estate platform strategies and M&A. Previously, she was responsible for Investor Relations and ESG Strategy at Bouwinvest REIM. She began her career at Deloitte Real Estate Financial Advisory Services.

 

Barbara is an active member of INREV and previously held positions on the Training and Education Committee as well as the ESG Committee.

 

Mrs. Maltha received an Msc. in Real Estate & Housing and a Bsc. in Architecture from Delft University of Architecture.
