(NYSE: APAM) (“Artisan”), a global Asset Manager with approximately $182.6 billion in assets under management, on a strategic transaction driven by the desire to expand its private markets and alternative investment offerings within real estate.

Artisan Partners hired Hodes Weill to perform buy-side due diligence pursuant to the acquisition of Grandview Property Partners (Grandview), a privately held U.S. real estate investment manager focused on opportunistic, middle market investments. Hodes Weill conducted a comprehensive due diligence process to evaluate Grandview’s track record, strategy, and market positioning.
