Hodes Weill acted as exclusive financial advisor and global placement agent to Ambrose in connection with the placement of interests in Ambrose Fund IV, LP (the “Fund”), focused on the development and acquisition of Class A industrial, logistics and e-commerce assets in key markets across the U.S.

OUTCOME/RESULTS

Ambrose closed its first institutional real estate fund with more than $400 million of capital (including fund and dedicated sidecar commitments) from a diverse set of global institutions. The Fund received strong support from existing and new institutional investors, including public pensions, investment consultants, insurance companies, and endowments.
