Hodes Weill & Associates to Add Senior Professional in London

Hodes Weill & Associates (Hodes Weill), a global real estate advisory boutique that focuses on the investment and funds management industry, today announced that Zeynep Fetvaci will be joining the firm as a Principal. Ms. Fetvaci will be based in London and have responsibility for coverage of institutional investors in Europe. Previously, Ms. Fetvaci served as Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Peakside Capital Advisors, a specialist European real estate firm focused on opportunistic investments in Germany and Central Eastern Europe .

Background

Ms. Fetvaci was previously a Managing Director and Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Peakside where she was responsible for all aspects of business development and capital formation. Ms. Fetvaci managed relationships with Peakside's investors. Ms. Fetvaci was formerly a Vice President and Head of Business Development and Investor Relations for Real Estate Principal Investments at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML). Prior to that, Ms. Fetvaci was the Head of Marketing Strategy for Prime Brokerage in Europe, Middle East and Africa, and the Pacific Rim for BAML. Ms. Fetvaci also worked at Morgan Stanley in New York and London for over seven years in various capacities, including the responsibility for implementing the sales and marketing strategy for Prime Brokerage in Europe and Asia. Ms. Fetvaci received a Bachelor of Arts in social studies with Honors from Harvard University.
