Christopher Wartman is an Associate at Hodes Weill & Associates. Previously, Mr. Wartman worked as an Associate in the Credit division at Ready Capital (NYSE: RC), a mortgage REIT based out of New York. In this role he underwrote, structured, and closed various loan opportunities as well as drove production and execution within multiple of the REIT’s most complex lending verticals. Prior to joining Ready Capital, Mr. Wartman worked in the Securitized Products Group at JPMorgan Chase, and as a Consultant for Spring11, LLC.

 

Mr. Wartman received a BA in Economics with Minors in Global Trade & Commerce and Entrepreneurship from Wake Forest University.
