Christopher Monsif is a Principal of Hodes Weill & Associates in the New York office and leads its Advisory Services practice. In this capacity, Mr. Monsif is responsible for the origination and execution of the firm's advisory mandates, globally. Previously, Mr. Monsif was with Five Mile Capital, a Connecticut-based real estate private equity firm, where he was a member of the investment team focused on opportunistic debt and equity commercial real estate investments. Prior to joining Five Mile, Mr. Monsif was an Associate in J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Monsif was a Research Assistant with Tudor Investment Corporation where he was responsible for tracking data related market movements. Mr. Monsif received a BSBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a member of the Board for Pots Building For The Future and a Member of the Associate Board for Waterside School.
